i was wondering when to flower/living with grandma/grandma.grandma knows/grandpa dont so i dont want to get it to big and also i have 9 seedings 8 of then poped what are the chances i will get a female

i would let it grow alot more, i'm not an expert but i've done alot of research. If you wait a little while someone who is an expert can give you an estimate on how much longer you should let it grow. I would say about 4-6 more weeks. If you flower it now you probably won't have any bud at all, and if you do it would be very little. This i'm sure of.
