Increased Imagination and Feeling of Connectivity

Ok, well it has been close to 2-3 weeks since I've started smoking the green on a semi regular basis. I smoke probably close to 4 times a week, some weeks more than others, depending on if I can get product. I don't know if i've been feeling odd because of THC staying in my system or it is just an odd side effect to my new habit, but I have been much more content, much more imaginative and creative, and I feel much more connected to the natural world and music as a whole. One example happened and is happening right now. I ride my bike late at night a lot because I love the feeling of complete lonliness and emptiness, I usually put on headphones and play more ambiotic emotive music. Today I rode home to Muse - Bliss and I felt like the music was my emotions. I felt like everything I was feeling before and at that moment was embodied in that song and the melody. Right now I am listening to music and if i think about the music i can see a music video in my head or crazy chunks that would be cool in a music video. Example, the song ATC - All Around The World there is this part where the music calms down and you here AROUND AROUND AROUND AROUND and the music builds and i just pictured some girl singing and her motuh opening wider and wider then it folds over the back of her head and her head gets turned inside and falls away to reveal a world.

I was always very creative (i want to develop skill in art) but this is much more magnified. I am wondering if these kind of feelings are normal? I absolutely love it but It is very strange to me.

Try taking a hit after a nice long run. Talk about euphoria.

I know the exact feeling you are speaking of. I love smoking pot by myself, more than with other people.

Absolutely. For me, this is the main reason why I enjoy smoking. Everyday I feel like a better person, I am more happy, outgoing, and I like to describe what your describing as "easter eggs". Little fun things you think of or imagine that just release endorphines or just make you feel real good for a few minutes. Thats what its all about my friend, and that feeling is here to stay. =]

Sweetie, welcome to the Wonderful World of Weed! I wrote most of my college papers stoned just because of the feeling you described. Graduated with honors, too! I paint, quilt, sculpt and write- all due to cannabis' inspiration! (Inspiration, incidentally, means "to breathe in" ) Cannabis has made the the person I am, and after 40 years of toking- I like who I am!. I don't think any other drug will let you say that after 40 years of use! - Granny:hippy:

Halleluyah granny! Nothing like the sweet sound of a bong bubbling in the background while working on projects. I'm toking up myself to get started on a 3d modeling assignment.. been only smoking for a few months but this shit is good.. considering i was raised against it? Well, I'm alot more open minded and patient thanks to this stuff.
