    Legal Question

    In Washington they're fairly liberal.Most cops don't care about one plant.
    If they prosecute 40 grams or under is about $350 and no jail.They just want the money.
    Had a friend that was busted in California with 3 pounds he did 1 night in the pokey and a $100 fine.
