ADP+P and ATP and all that stuff

Okay this is all off the top of my head but phosphates are stored in a tail section of Adenine phosphate molecules and energy is stored in them kind of like it is stored in a spring. Basically a phosphate molecule is added to this diphosphate tail to make it triphosphate.

thats the basic gist of it, but i guess i need more detail, like the whole cycle of glycolisis into the krebs cycle and the transport chain and all that, if you know what im talking about. there are certain reductions and oxidations in the process and im looking into those specific processes and bla bla bla.

basically how adp is transformed to atp in photosynthesis (photosystem 1 and 2, etc) and then in cellular respiration (inside the mitochondria of a cell).
