ADP+P and ATP and all that stuff

im studying for a class in august that ive already taken but didnt pass and this is kind of the stuff that I was struggling on.

thats the basic gist of it, but i guess i need more detail, like the whole cycle of glycolisis into the krebs cycle and the transport chain and all that, if you know what im talking about. there are certain reductions and oxidations in the process and im looking into those specific processes and bla bla bla.

basically how adp is transformed to atp in photosynthesis (photosystem 1 and 2, etc) and then in cellular respiration (inside the mitochondria of a cell).

it's been a while so i couldn't tell you in detail (plus there are a lot of steps to it). i could pull out my old biology book, it has very good illustrations of all the steps. if your still interested let me know and i'll try to help you out. i'll start out with what i know about glyclolysis. to start out with it takes 2 atp to break apart glucose. i know that 2 phosphate groups are attached to each pyruvic acid resulting in each forming atp from adp by transferring the phosphate groups. during this process 1 nadh electron carrier is formed from each pyruvic acid. so to sum it up, one glucose molecule and 2 atp goes in and 4 atp, 2 pyruvic acid and 2 nadh go out.

And God said... I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. ..And to every beast of the earth.. I have given every green herb for meat... \" Genesis 1:29-30

no one is going to take anything seriously from a website called trueorgin.com or theanswerisgenisis.com. those have to be the most biased websites you could have brought. thats like asking for the history of nazis at hitlerwasright.com. if you want to debate evolution make a thread, quit bringing it to every god damn place you can.

Well you have everything from Kreb's cycle to photosynthesis. The ATP cycles are so varied and complex you should narrow your question down. Do you really want to get your advice from the board or from your textbooks? Not saying anything bad about us except the textbooks have been edited for accuracy.

I'm not boring it into every place. I thought that was a good page on atp. I'm defenitely not going to link a page with an evolutionary bias. which is really all that's available unless I post the other side, which I believe in. Wherever a person goes and interacts with the outsdie world they leave there personal footprint. Get used to it. Everyone is biased and I never tried to hide mine. I'm not trying to debate anything. Now leave me alone.
