i think i might be crazy?help?

i am scared that i might be developing early signs of schizophrenia, i def. do not want it to turn into phycosis so im so confused of wat to do, do i stop smokin M and clean up myself then go to the doctor and see wats up, or do i just smoke and wait for more sympton signs, i always have people having conversations in my head and i thought everyone was like that, so my question is like, is there somewhat of a friend in ur head that is kinda always there talkin and commentating? sorry if i sound crazy, but im really scared that this could ruin my life if not recognized early on.

Everyone has their own mind talking back to them. The problem is when it's telling you to do things you know are not right or that might harm you. There are a few things you must asses and one will be if this is your age or your mind. The best way to do this is a MIR. brain imaging. If you are indeed schizophrenic there will be a patten of a large butterfly shape ontop of your brain. So go and get checked and stop worrying till you know. Could all be a waste of time. im fine, i just got checked out, i think i was just trippin balls like a mofo b/c the nite i posted this was a crazy nite, haha read my post about my weekend!
