i think i might be crazy?help?

my inner-monologue consists of me, some friends, love interests(when masterbating). Some times ill have strange voices like mickey mouse, old roman soilders(what i think theyd sound like), people on tv, the people i stalk, but i consider them all part of my overall inner monologue because i control what they say and in the voice they say it in, can anyone else do this, is there something wrong with me?

If you control the voice, i say it's all good. I have conversations in my head too, like i'll think something and then think what I think someone else would say back and so on.

But, if it causes you distress, maybe you should consult someone about it, who actually knows what they are talking about, just for your own peace of mind.

my nan was skits before she died..... you aint going skits, i have thoughts like that.... i always wonder if im going mad, and i am shit scared of ending up like my nan... i had to live with her for 2 years after my grandad passed away..... 2 years of her screaming in the night cuz she heard knocking on her door, she got it into her head that it was my dad, and that he was trying to kill her.... she used to hear music and see things all the time, and she was convinced they were real..... when ur skits, u dont acknowledge that u r, u just think u r normal, they dont see anything wrong with how they think....
everyone is 'mad' in there own way.... no1 is what you would call normal....

voices here voices there im sure it's nothing i do the same thing just all the time it helps to see things as the person talking to u will but then i guess most pll dont plan out their conversations while haveing them...acctualy i think i should see someone about this...

i ddnt realise that you were the person that thought your mate was a cop... i think then maybe you should lay off the weed for a while... see how your feeling after a month or two off the weed, if you are still worried when ur completely teetotal, then i would go seek help and advice. but i am sure that you are/will be ok

thanks alot everyone for all the help and advice, i seriously do appreciate it, i dont think im gonna take a long but im def. gonna cut down, i smokin 2 bowls of some dank-ass crazy shit everyday, so im gonna cut down to only hittin it once or twice a week, and im gonna go talk to a doctor soon, but i do just think its the weed b/c just a lil while ago i took over a month break and no voices, thoughts, or anything i felt weird, so i gotta lay off, thanks alot and anyone else got any experiences feel free to post!

i get that shit all the time, i had it really bad the other nite when i came down off sum shrooms, i was properly talking to myself in my head, i thought it was quite funny...lol. i think it might be my subconsious? maybe who knows but i dont think im skitzs
