i am scared that i might be developing early signs of schizophrenia, i def. do not want it to turn into phycosis so im so confused of wat to do, do i stop smokin M and clean up myself then go to the doctor and see wats up, or do i just smoke and wait for more sympton signs, i always have people having conversations in my head and i thought everyone was like that, so my question is like, is there somewhat of a friend in ur head that is kinda always there talkin and commentating? sorry if i sound crazy, but im really scared that this could ruin my life if not recognized early on.
