i think i might be crazy?help?

i am scared that i might be developing early signs of schizophrenia, i def. do not want it to turn into phycosis so im so confused of wat to do, do i stop smokin M and clean up myself then go to the doctor and see wats up, or do i just smoke and wait for more sympton signs, i always have people having conversations in my head and i thought everyone was like that, so my question is like, is there somewhat of a friend in ur head that is kinda always there talkin and commentating? sorry if i sound crazy, but im really scared that this could ruin my life if not recognized early on.

also, i never had these thoughts when i take a break, i only hear my "friend" or w/e when i smoke heavily, so am i overreacting?
i guess wat i mean is this,,, is it the weed thats just makin me think funny or is it more serious than that?

its def. not hearing voices saying bad things or anything, its just like a little commentator in my head pointing out everything and commenting and i like get into conversation with him sometimes, i have never even relized this until the other day b/c my sister said i show signs of someone scitz and ive been studying it and i do show many symptoms but it was def. not as severe as most pointed out,,, so any one else experience a "commentator" or someone talkin in convo with them in their head?

if your actually hearing voices id suggest going to a psycologist, but if its just an inner-monologue(thinking out conversations) thats normal.

What if your inner monologue doesnt sound like you. Like mabe it's like an alieney voice, or say even a bears growling voice?
Would you be crazy then?
Can you have multipul voices?

How about a coughy throat. Would the person with an inner monologue of themselves with a scrathcy throat be sane?

How about if the voice that was coughy. Would occasionaly cough at will, or even another voice called will, say they had dispute.... No im not will, what are you thinking?!

Or cought harshly or softly depending on weather or not you appease the coughing mono-logue? What if you caughed every time the innner monologe became unclear, your throat would itch? Or even cough every time you go to do somethign important, and the caugh goes to interupt you. What if it's your caugh and you have no way to prove that the caoughing consious exists, since it's you thats coughing?

Can you have many different voices, but the voices be your own? Say one has a stuffy nose, another a skratch throat, one a lisp? Can you still be qualified as not "crazy"?

Or says you've sounded like these voices at some point in your life. Say you had a lisp when you were growing up, or a cough, and now no longer have it. Can you have an old scratchy voice and a clear one? How many versions can you monologue have? What if they have personalities? What if the personality is your personality though? I'm talking to you...

You'll be just fine. In fact a buddy of mine just asked me the other day weather or not other people had inner monologues. We were cahtting about it for awhile. I say relax.

Mabe you should even clean up for a month or two, then go to the docs'. And if theres no hurry, make it a period of time you have no money anyhow.
