I can't say a lot of guys are like that, though I have found alot of them are asswipes in everything they do and say. If something turns rotten for me, I toss them out and thats that.

There are really great guys out there. The jackholes are just practice for the real thing! They make you stronger by realizing what actions you wont tolerate in future relationships.

Blindman0v0 speaks the truth. Dogs are great - they live to please you. Just don't make a mistake and get a cat, thinking it's the same thing. It's not.

The problem I have is that I meet great girls that I'm actually attracted to (and that means I like their personality - I'm rarely into a girl because of physical attraction) and they end up being already in an okay-or-better long-term relationship. It's like a god-damned carrot-on-a-stick relay race - I always want what I can't have.

Lucky G, I have the same problem, and they are the ones who usually act as though they wouldn't mind a piece of me if they weren't already committed. The other women I like are the ones who either go for the same asshole in different bodies (Yeah, that's actually what turns them on even though they gripe about it), or to the actual same guy over and over again.
That Corrolla quote describes me pretty well... women just aren't attracted to me unless they have come to the self-realization of what that pattern really is, which most often means that they already met the right one or they are older than me... for some reason that's a cultural barrier I have trouble getting past.. I'm not into the whole cougar thing.
