what is the fucking point of packaging like that? are black people (yes, black people are the only people that package that way, that i've seen, ever.) (actually i take that back i remember this one wigger kid who used to try to sell shit like that when i was like 13) so used to packaging their yay and crack that they are unable to use a normal baggy for pot? or is it they like the luxury of getting an extra mcdonalds meal a year with all the money they save using one baggy as two.......

Couple points- yes, it does use less plastic. That's saran, not the corner of a baggie.
In many urban areas, possession of a box of baggies is, believe it or not, probable cause.
If you have to ditch, the wrap is very unlikely to open- maybe you'll get it back.
Highly water resistant- again handy if you have to ditch.

No, poor people who are routinely hassled. I've bought in that form of packaging from Mexicans in NoCal, Haitians in Louisiana, Puerto Ricans in NYC, Vienamese in Buffalo NY, Laotians in Chelsea MA, and white kids in South Boston.
