Need help identifying if marijuana or not

Well I usually just toss my seeds in my garden, but I've never really paid attention to what's growing in there until now. I'm pretty sure these plants aren't marijuana, but better to be absolutely sure
The one thing that leaves me wondering is because I only throw my seeds on one side of the garden, and these are only growing on that side. Could this be marijuana or is it just some other plant? Thanks.

ive seen a thread like this before and ever since then i've always thrown my bag seeds out the window in one spot in hopes of some crazy ass shit happening

i would jizz my pants if one day i noticed a marijuana plant by my window (and i wouldnt notice until it was like 4 or 5 weeks in so even better!)

k, never gonna happen... maybe i should try to germinate each and every bagseed and then toss them? lol... im pretty sure a good chunk of these bagseed wont even sprout -- i toss the ones that obviously wont work (im just used to always checking seeds for quality)
