Volcano Vaporizer - Your opinionsOk, I read a few threads about Volcanos and other vaporizers on here and I'm still a bit on the fence about it.

My first experience with a vape was in Amsterdam with a Volcano. The herb smoked was Shiva (strain) and basically, it made my cough my ASS off. I was not satisfied.

Since then, I've heard/read SO much about vaporizers, namely the Volcano, that I'm very tempted to try it again. I am hoping that it was just the spicy Shiva that made me cough...along with possibly an over-zealous store owner turning up too high on me.

 NOW, here's the rub:

I have enough money to buy a Volcano...and lots of people say that if you can afford it, do it...but I also see a bunch of reports that the Vapezilla, Vapolution, Vape Bros...etc work well, also.

 My questions, I guess are:

Is the Volcano really worth all the $$?

If I buy it with all the accessories (enough for a couple years use without replacing anything), it will cost a pretty penny, but if it works like it's supposed to, it should be worth it, right?

Recently, I've been giving my gf the first hit of the bowl (she doesn't smoke), and she loves the taste, as long as I just burn the trichomes and not the bud. The taste is great...the hit is smooth...and it still gets her high. I'm wondering if this is what it is like to use a Volcano...or any other vape for that matter.

I quit ciggarettes a couple weeks ago and I'm trying to go really healthy...but I'm definitely not giving up smoking herb...so I want to know if I will be dissapointed.

Some reviews I've seen say that you don't get as high...others say you get higher. Some say the taste is great...some say it sucks. I'm so confused. Either way, if I drop some dime on that machine, I really don't want to have to take advantage of the 30-day money back trial. I want to keep it for ever and ever and be a happy, healthy camper.

What do ya think? Should I go for the Rolls Royce of smoking apparatus? I hope I get some good answers from people who have actual experience and/or good testimonials. Thanks, guys & gals.

Volcano Vaporizer - Your opinionsGo for the valcano! It's worth the money if you got it. Vapes are fucking awesome. Saves weed, gets you higher, and healthier. Also the thing about the harshness is because you aren't use to vapes. Once you been using them for a while, its not really that harsh. But until you get use to it, it can be kinda stingy on the throat...atleast thats how it was for me. But maybe if the valcano isn't within your budget you could buy one of the cheaper ones, it's just those tend to break easier, and I guess aren't as good as the valcano. But actually now that I think about it. I'd buy a cheaper vape, and see how you like that. If you don't like it, stick to smoking.

Volcano Vaporizer - Your opinionsHey, Matt. Do you own a vaporizer? The reason I ask about the less expensive ones are that I wonder if they will perform as well...then of course it would not be worth it if it broke after a year. I hear some have up to 5 yr warranty. I know the Volcano has a 3 yr...

 So, do you own one?

OH, and for those people who voted, but didn't post...please post your reason for voting. Thx.

Volcano Vaporizer - Your opinionsI personally don't own one but know plenty of people that do, and have used a quite a few. I was actually planning on buying a valcano sometime this week, but I have decided to take a break from herb for a little bit. And the whole breaking thing, my friends vape broke maybe three times and each time he got a new/fixed/different parts for it. But he was disatisfied with that vape and has gone back to smoking. I think you would be better off buying a more expensive vape than the cheaper ones. Something as "high-tech" as a vape is something I would invest good money in. Volcano Vaporizer - Your opinionsif you have the money, id say o for it. but if possible, id say try it a few more times before you get one, to see if you really like it. hell, if you can try as many different ones you can to see wghich ones are good. i know that the ones with elements are bad and you want the ones that vap the bud with hot air. ive never vaped, but im sure its pretty sweet. i mean yeah the volcano is probably better, bust they all pretty much do the same thing right? (correct me if im wrong)

Volcano Vaporizer - Your opinionsThey're great. I own one and I don't use it enough. You won't get your money's worth out of the vaporizer if you continue to burn your ganja or tobacco. You won't get your moneys worth out of it if you don't use good weed in it either. Because I'm broke (thanks in part to buying that thing ) I don't really get the chance to smoke good weed often enough to make it worth it. ) I don't really get the chance to smoke good weed often enough to make it worth it.

I don't regret buying it because I know it's a life investment but make sure you know what you are getting into. I wish I bought it maybe a little later down the road, right now I'm smoking (pot, blunts, rolled cigarettes, thankfully not addicted to the cancer sticks) too often that I never get my money's worth out of it.

It's about health. If you want to live healthy than it's worth it. Don't get it if you aren't committed. It's only really worth it's money for using really high quality pot too.
