i just loved them and they grew....but im using mixed lighting
mh, long flors, and cfl's...so that might be why, i also check my ph on the regular, i bought this bottle of stuff that takes chorine out of tap water...i got it in the fish section at walmart...also bought a ph balancing liquid
that might be why...plus i rotate my plants every day, and i talk to them, lol

Basically what I do after they are about 3-4 in tall about one to two times a week I snap the main stem just above the nodes. This may seem harsh, it even scared me a little. By snapping the branches I mean taking the branch just above the nodes and using your pointer finger and your thumb and rolling the stem firmly until you feel the pulp in side the stem pop or give way. Then gently take the section above the popped section and bend it down to the point that it is now below the popped section. This makes the nodes just below the popped section too now be the highest growth on the plant for about 2-3 days until the plant recovers. This takes some practice, but I have faith you can do it
