Is it okay to use a torch lighter on a bong? I do it occasionally, and the weed seems to burn very quickly. I'm wondering if I'm getting all of the THC. Should I just stick to the Bic?

It burns more quickly, but it also produces a thicker smoke. I've used a torch many times and it was fine. In fact, it's necessary for my vape bowl for the bong.

Instead of "Torching" the bowl,set the flame just above the cannabis, so that you will barely light the bowl, just enought to light the weed but not enough to light the whole bowl, saving you some dope.
