swisher sweet normal= Very unhealthy and addictive (A.K.A. Tobacco)
swisher sweet with weed inside= pretty harmless when used in moderation but i believe you can still get addicted because of the nicotine in the paper? I might be wrong but i have heard some ppl on the boards that complain from having some sort of uncontrollable attachment to smoking "Blunts"
