Head hair grows 1/2 inch per month. You really need it to be 3/4 inch to get only clean hair. Shave off all body hair and you should be able to get away with 3/4 inch on your head.

I'm getting a hair test tomorrow, my hair is probably 3 inches long. If I cut my hair down to 1 inch would they still take the hair from my head? Any other advice? Forgot to add that I smoked every other day for about two weeks prior to that 56 days, but thats it, nothing more. probably at most 10 grams (probably less) Rating: 5
