We're not officially American territory, no, but they have a lot of influence over us, most disturbingly the DEA's pressure that keeps us from revamping our drug laws.

If I was president I'd lower the government's involvement in peoples lives, I'd say that if your not harming anyone else then you can do whatever you like.
