A quarter looked like a half O in a sandwich baggie. It was fairly fresh and probably needs another 2 or 3 days of curing before it reaches itâ??s best flavor. On the outside it smelled very fresh and grassy, but not too overwhelming (I could smell it through the bag when he handed it to me). Now after a day and a half inside the jar itâ??s developing an organic/floral-leathery scent to it Rating: 5
