GOT A SURPRISE TODAY
Mycorrhizal fungi help the roots uptake nutrients better.
I'm not sure how much of it has to do with breaking down soil components to increase nutrient availability, or with a symbiotic relationship between plant and fungus, but these highly specialized fungi ARE good for the plants.
I do not know if what you are seeing falls into this category.stinkyattic Reviewed by stinkyattic on . GOT A SURPRISE TODAY I was checking my plants today. They are close to picking. I got a surprise upon close inspection I saw mushrooms starting to sprout in the one plant. They are little cute ones. I've been pretty good about watering, so no mold as best I can tell. What should i do? Pull the srooms or pick the plant and remove the plant pot. Rating: 5
