heres a better way we just call em rush tokes. get in a crouche position to where your hands can touch the ground. Do a diving exersize which is inhale and exale very fast, every inhale and exhale is very small so that it is very rapid. You will sound like dog humping. Do this for 20 seconds then toke with a joint very deeply and jump up at the same time. Becarfull cause you might hit the ground. this is a rush hit
