mulch or not too mulch ?
Definatly mulch. If it is so dry that it is cracking the ground then the weather is pulling nutrients from the soil as well. I live in an area that has a good amount of rain and I still mulch. Its a good thing.

mulch or not too mulch ?
OPPS any way Cannabis plants grow better under constent moisture as long as air oxygen n carbon Co2 r present also the size of the root ball directly affects the top n more roots means bigger tops n the more moisture helps to produce more roots so yes mulch is ideal for moisture retention n it helps the soil to maintain a constent tempature for root growth
