Wow I'm most certainly psychologically addicted to weed.

exercise such as nature walks might help with the teeth grinding and overall sense of wellbeing
Don\'t smoke cannabis to relieve anger, but rather as a reward for working soberly through anger.

Life is too entertaining for higher powers not to be watching closely.

A rule really only needs to be followed by those who do not know why it is a rule.

I was dry today too, my trick is when you know your not gonna have weed for the next day, just blaze up and stay up until 3 or something or 5 am. Then eventually youll fall asleep cause of the weed and tiredness and youll wake up late about 12pm which is a few good hours killed.

I just broke some old slabs that need throwing away and did 60 mins on my bike.

Its hard to take your mind off the sweet cheeba but find something. Its not an addiction because YouTube - Bob Saget 'Half Baked'

just go out and try and limit the smoking so you know you have enough for an entire day or just a session.

Yeah I fear like I'm getting the same way. I had a fat quarter and I ran out this morning after my wake and bake. I know I won't be able to get herb for another few days so I like playing video games, reading, sleeping, just anything positive that takes your mind off of it...orrrrrrr...you can take all your smoking pieces and clean them too perfection, because then you know you will have a better session next time you blaze with that fresh baggie.

I'm dry and sober right now. And I'm fine with it.
Mind over matter. If you learn that, it'll be okay.

Dude what the fuck... a true pothead does not blame his addiction for ciggarettes, on MARIJUANA!!! Smokin the ganja had nothing to do with cravings for ciggaretts. But ya, just keep your mind off weed for a while by doin somethin productive... ya know.. maybe get a job. It might help.

No I'm not blaming my cig addicton on weed. I'm a former cigarette smoker (3 packs a day nearly) and I quit (this was before I smoked weed) I've been cig free for 5 years now. It took a long time to beat that addiction.

Weed did not cause my addiction to cigarettes, but the ACT OF SMOKING weed has rearoused my psychological craving to feel like I need to inhale smoke. I'm saying the psychological withdrawl from weed is likely stronger than it should because I used to smoke cigarettes and don't anymore.

On further note I HAVE A NEW BAGGY!!! w00t! :baggy:
I have to wait 4 more hours though before I can enjoy it.:weedpoke:

I hear that.....congrats on quitting tobacco....I personally think that's the meanest bear there is.

I just recently quit and toking a hit or two of mj definitely helps the cravings so I can see it happening the other way as well.
