After seeing Sicko I got behind the national health care bandwagon too, but the more I listen to what Ron Paul has to say about health care the more I question if that really is what would be best for our country. We do need change, that is certain, but I don't think creating a national health care plan and increasing taxes to hell to pay for it is a good idea, (or forgoing on taxes and keep on racking up debt).

But what worries me most is that it looks like Hillary might be the one to set up this national health care system, and I just don't trust her one bit to handle this the way it needs to be handled to be a good system. If we are going to move on with socialized medicine, we need to be smart about it and make sure it doesn't cause more debt or hurt the quality of our health care, as well as not harming our economy.
Nailhead Reviewed by Nailhead on . sicko Just watched Michael Moore's movie 'Sicko'. It was quite an eye opener for me as I've always lived in a country where health care is free. I am on some medications and get them for free. I worked out that they would cost around $1500 a month in the US. Of course that is only if the insurance companies didn't want to pay which it seems happens quite a lot in the US. I don't know how much the national insurance I pay compares to the American health insurance but at the end of the day no matter Rating: 5
