It's too late for this year in the northern hemisphere.
But outdoors depending how far north you are you will have to be sure to get a fast flowering strain- the further north you live the earlier the frost date.
Outdoors is cool especially if you have a small indoor area to get seedlings off to a good start.

But I think I've decided I want to start a small grow of maybe a couple plants in the woods behind my house. It's in a residential suburban area. I think it's risky in that sense. But I don't have to worry about any DEA choppers overhead. It's not a very big wooded area...but I think it will do without other human contact.
