I like many types of of marijuana, but good hash is a whole other thing. Most of the folks here are too young to remember the many imported hash products including Moroccan, Lebanese, 'Gani, and especially the Nepalese and Tibetan that used to be available stateside. With some of the better strains of exotic weeds that are now grown domestically, I'm sure that there are people working on developing the right types for it and perfecting their hash-making techniques. Good hash can also be very effective medicinally.
