the lowest ive weighted in the past ohh 5 years was 157 or so... i normaly stay right around 160(for wrestling) but i've gone up to 175... put on a few pounds of muscle... these past few months... being in jail.... did alot of push ups and what not.... i gained about 2 pounds every month... so about 6 pounds of muscle basicaly just in my pecks... and then when i went to treatment.... we would go to the gym 2 times a week... and do push ups and sit ups the 2 days a week... and then played basket ball the rest of the week...alot of muscle put on my arms legs... so now i just need to get rid of my slight beer belly... and ill be good...
