Why should Clinton be the only one to get it? Look back at post 1945 and you will find lots of incidences of the goverment of the USA using force to enable the US ideaology to be furthered.
Pinochet,Saddam,Osama and his Taliban were all aided and supported by the US , way back in 63 Saddam was in contact with the CIA , it was the. D betrayal of the people who wanted to topple Saddam after the Gulf War that has left an awful lot of Iraqis believing the US are liars.
The cronyism and the blatant abuse of power are shown in the awarding of contracts for the re-building of Iraq.
