bejay is right-----strain dependent. Guess I've been lucky starting from seed----usually show when alternating branches start forming.

forum home under feed back and suggestions tells you all about rep. i did look at pre flowers and yes they show but i am not right on about my gueses either. i did almost the opposite that they tell you to do. i started early spring and enjoy growing outdoors though. i started seed plants under a light then at a month i took clones. other than the 150 i only used a clamp lamp for clones(cheap at homedepot) then i had some healthy clones and flowered my original plants. i took 3 clones from each plant so some survived and when my indoor plants started flowering i knew which clones to keep. one went to make a mother and a couple of others were ready to place outside when the temps. and light were right. it doesnt take a huge system to get some buds a couple of times a yr.
