'topping' is cutting off the main growing tip ... that keeps the plant shorter, to be easier to handle indoors, or be less noticeable outdoors ... you would then have two main stems, sometimes you get more yield that way, sometimes not much difference ... some strains like to be topped more than others, some don't like it at all, I guess ... anything I've topped so far, was OK with it ... :smokin:
the image reaper Reviewed by the image reaper on . Things to do to my new plants. Now & Later, help is great. So I had a bunch of seeds layin around and I decided to sprout them and plant them blah blah blah...Anyways today is the first day they have been out of the ground. As for lighting at this stage 22/2? And when should I start changing the light cycle? Also I hear people using techniques to maximize yield (hopefully I get that far) such as topping? What is this and how is it done? Anything else that I should be doing or should know about my plants? I have been doing a lot of research but any help Rating: 5
