Okay, I was looking at a different sample of my friend's trichomes and it is really unlike any photos I have ever seen. I have no way to photograph them but I drew a picture the best I could. Most were cloudy, a few were clear, and there were also a few amber. They look just like regular trichomes except they are upside down (The stalk is rising up from the ball, and the ball is attached directly to the leaf) Has anyone else seen trichs like this? This plant also has practically no smell, so I might tell my friend to keep the mother alive. Here's my drawing.
