I have yet to see proof unrefined cannabis plant material is actually as high as 35 percent THC. I am not saying it is not possible though.

Just for a moment lets say the hype that todays cannabis THC is much stronger is correct.

First people would of course consume less to get the same affect as the so called weaker cannabis of days long gone by.

Second hash has always been and still is a lot stronger then just plain old unrefined cannabis plant materials.
