Thats not true at all. In fact i am apart of another site that is dedicated to penile health and sexual intercourse. there is where I learned about tantra. I can have 3-5 orgasms WITH OUT CUMING during sex with my wife. To get technical its called the BC muscle and when flexed at the right time, you will effectively stop the flow of semen and have a full on orgasm. A little cum might come out but thats all. The BC muscle is what you feel when you keggle. Or to see how strong your BC muscle is guys, when you next take a piss, with out using your hands, stop your flow of urine. If it is easy and happens right away, then your BC muscle is strong and can prolly do this technique now. If you have trouble stopping the flow of urine then you will need to keggle until you build that muscle and you can stop the urine with your BC muscle. This technique can easily be done with practice, and WILL improve your sex life. The way I got good at it was by practicing this while jacking off.
