ragga muffins

so there is this huge bob marley tribute concert that goes on every year in long beach called raga muffins. the one this year had steel pulse headlining, so i had to go. we get there, get through security, and enter the arena. we have about 8 hours until steel pulse comes on so we meander about, see people we know and smoke bowls with them. about an hour later, we decide to go post up in the very front, very center of the pit. no one is standing there yet because only the lesser known bands are playing at this point. so for the next 6 1/2 to 7 hours we just stood there smoking bowl after bowl, fending off people trying to steal our spots. it's now into the evening and the other headlining act (slightly stoopid) just left the stage. 30 minutes go by, and steel pulse comes out. they started the set off with roller blades, which is the song that i was gonna save my blunt for, so i pull it out and spark it up. such an amazing set. me and friends are all standing as close as possible, smoking blunts, singing along, having a blast.
