i dont mind the plants getting rootbound in the beginning, its supposed to make for shorter node spacing. anybody want to dispute this? be my guest. as for transplanting after flowering i had to do it a month into flowering because the roots were coming out the bottom of the pots and the dirt had settled drasticly during flowering, so more or less i just popped them out and set them on a new bed of dirt and filled in around the sides with no problems. but my guess is that it wouldnt be the best thing to do that late in flowering. harvested at 7 weeks and a couple of days the roots were already reaching the botom of the pot again through the additional 3 inches of soil.

I just want to get the most plants in veg as possible before moving into other room. How far into flowering can a plant be transplanted? Thanks Rating: 5
