Dead crumbled leaves are not a great idea. I mean, if you think of the efforts farmers make to remove dead plant matter from their fields, in the case of strawberries even setting the fields on fire before planting time, you'll see why- dead leaves can at best rot, and at worst harbor and transmit disease and pest infestations.
Furthermore, the amount of time it takes for a leaf to break down and release nutes back to the soil even in the presence of beneficials, is so long as to be useless indooors.

Your temps and RH seem fine. A little warm but not unreasonable, and your day/night difference is within the preferred +/- 10 degrees range.

They have red in the stems, and the older fan leaves are turning yellow. Well i chopped them off, i gave them a fert, and the plant liked it, all new foliage is a good color green.
