i noticed a dreams thread...but this is kinda different

Years back, I had a out of body experience in a dream. I was dreaming of seeing a candle lit through a hole in a box. The closer i looked at it, the smaller it seemed.....It had a death feeling to it, i stated to freak out and try to tell myself to wakeup...I was floating above my bed seeing myself struggle. It felt like i was being pushed into my mattress....when i finally woke up, i was having an anxiety attack and was crushed into the foot of my bed. I felt so sad....like i was going to die if i didnt wake up.
anyone one else had a out of body experience?
