15 bucks for a USED good size pipe is a fine price. Howveer if its a small one, you'd be better off getting a small one at a headshop, there they have $10 baskets for small pipes, or bad sellers. But if its to also help a friend out, then by all means...

well yeah im too young to buy one, and ironically enough, hes giving up weed for a while to get some money to get his mom a gift for her birthday and i know this guy, he wont lie about something like that, hes quite a good fella. but yeah im not really sure if i can get a pic, but ive seen it, seemed decent quality.

i got my first piece named junior (RIP) for 10 bucks from a friend. was a good deal. yeah if the piece is nice pay the 15

the one on the left was 38$,and the bigger one on the right was 50$. both are really good quality glass (thick and heavy), so try and judge it by that. if the glass is thinner and light and seems kinda like lightbulb glass than its a lower quality bowl so yeah i'd say 15 or even 10 for one like that

Yep that sounds like a good price, sometimes them shitty little metal pipes can be $15 so 15 for a decent looking glass one is a good price.
