Joint problem

So I just started rolling up j's about a week ago. Every time I smoke one, it burns really fast and I only get a few hits. I use the e-z wider 1 1/2 papers. Is there something I do wrong, can this shit be fixed?

sounds two loose... "few hits" what you light it and the paper burns up and the weed falls to the ground?

you can try packing ur herb a little tighter. Try breaking it up finer (but not powder) then take something,almost anything I prefer the flat end on a pencil other pointy small cylindrical object, if that fails, try a different paper, the clear papers are great, but they're harder to hand roll. I stuff those which can take a while, but the end result is an even, slow burning spliff. the best I've found so far is the tripped brand clear papers.Let me kno if it helps, and go to the celebstoner website, scroll all the way to the right, down past the gray area, and u can see my first handrolled celulose paper blunt!!!!! and quote!!!!

Yeah like everyone said make sure it's tight. Also make sure the weed is grinded up well enough. And use a toothpick to pack it tighter.

tightness matters more than anything really. you'll get it down eventually. try this: fold paper in half with weed in it. slide insides of paper up and down against each other with fingers on one side, thumbs on the other. this will roll your weed inside the paper before you start rolling the paper itself. once weed is good and tight it will sort of hold its shape even if you open the paper back up. bring paper on thumb side (should be facing you) near bottom of joint or just over the top of the weed (keeping a pocket/fold of paper to hold the weed). press bottom of paper over weed into the crease between weed and inside of joint. Use slight thumb pressure and push upward rolling weed and paper towards glue strip. lick, light and enjoy. that's the best explanation I can give verbally. good joints will come with experience however you roll them.
