Hey that's neat. Thanks for the info. I knew about the endorphin thing already but I didn't think of it till now. Endorphins and weed kick ass! And I didn't know our body can make its own natural cannabinoids. They should make something so that we can produce mass amounts of natural cannabinoids ourselves.

Anyway, my old dealer used to always smoke out before he lifts weights. He's now totally buff (he's a trainer at the gym), and he says it's all bc of weed. I guess smoking it before lifting weights make you able to lift more, or something. So I guess weed is good for lifting weights, but I don't know if weed is good for aerobic workouts (running, etc). I tried smoking and doing Tae-bo, but it just wasn't working out. I became so uncoordinated it was ridiculous.
