Lucid Dreaming.
Insanity is not a clinical term and as such there is no clinical definition. What is the clinical term for these "mental knots" of people who get "lost" in themselves, and demonstrate where in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Vol. IV in which it is stated lucid dreams are the cause. There is no need to spend time individually describing thousands of anecdotal (non-scientific) stories, but demonstrate where in the Journal of the American Medical Association or the New England Journal of Medicine where are the aggregate studies.
