Hold those hits in!

Well, I've been noticing lately that I haven't been getting as high as I should be considering the quality and quantity of the weed I'm smoking. Yesterday I found out the problem. I had a long shift at work, so I brought a little bowl and some weed with me. There's one bathroom at work you can only get into if you put a butterknife in the keyhole, so I went in there to smoke. There was a smoke detector, so I decided I would hold my hits in until I didn't breathe out any smoke, and I would only take little hits so I wouldn't cough. I took three little hits in there, and when I got back to work I was feeling niiiiiiiiice. The fact that I held each hit in for a good 30-45 seconds must have been the key factor here. You don't need to hold your hits in that long, but don't just breathe them out 5 seconds later like most people I smoke with. Hold them in, and you will get a lot more bang for your buck.

I always hold my hits in for about 5 seconds. Im gonna try the 7 seconds thing a little later tonight. My dumbass ex would take a hit and blow it right back out. He never wanted to hold it in cause "it burned."

Anyone find it kinda ironic that in one of the greatest drug movies ever, there was a scene where barbie inhales, then "shotguns" into boston george's mouth? It doesn't get anyone high, so I guess that kinda shows that the producers don't know all that much about drugs.

you can use a plastic bag or the neck of your shirt to do that. a fitted cap works good too.

+ THC isn't the only thing in weed....

Maybe holding longer helps more CBD/CBN to be absorbed.

Rinse and repeat - no smoke just some CO2 and water - I can usally breath a bag about 2.5 - 3 times - with a Volcano this will seriously fuck you up.
