Same with me. I have been on tons of psychotropic drugs for anxiety, none of which did anything positive. then i started smoking a strong indica every night before bed. I used to get insomnia which would lead to psychosis, but one joint before bed every night has kept me stable for half a year now.

sativas on the other hand are great recreationally, but don't offer the same benefits as indica for me.
