I have had anxiety problems my whole life too and was on celexa for a while (worked great, but made me feel fuzzy and apathetic). So I went off and discovered that the weed I was smoking at the time seemed to help- it was all heavy stony indicas- and started experimenting with smoking right before bed. What I found what that with some combination of getting a good rest EVERY night and the weed, I no longer get panic attacks, and my anxiety is pretty well under control, meaning it's at a level I can live wiht.
