Bad argument

Does anybody else here hate the argument that weed is good because its natural? It makes no sense it just makes people think ur stupid. I mean poison ivy is natural but you dont see people rubbing it all over their skin on purpose.

I just see it as a fuckin plant, so that's why I say that. If poison ivy made you high, im sure people would be spreading it over their bodies or worse... smoking it.

and what about if poison ivy had medicinal purposes, like weed?

doctors and scientist use alot of otherwise lethal/poisonous substances for medical purposes. therefor we can conclude that many things are "good becouse it's natural"

But the argument its god because its natural is stupid. Natural does not equal good at all. Something being natural is completely irrelevant when talking about healthy or not healthy.

their are good and bad plants out their. You are only comparing to one plant out of all of the plants. The idea saying its gods green earth is just saying he created it, out of all the other plants, and this plant everyone likes.

and im not religious, i just look at the word god as in whatever created us. whatever the answer is... not just a one man thing..
