Yeah I gain and lose fast also. I do the atkins thing but when I stop I can gain 5 pounds in 2 weeks. But luckily it comes off fast. Munchies are great but there after effects suck!

ummmmmm when i first started i weighed bout 160... and now that ive been smoking i immediately saw a decrease in weight and dropped to about 140. And i eat a shittt ton lol. and Balasait, i can relate to your prblem, along with my bro. We've both seen these side effects but dont really care about them. In the morning I cant eat shit, even though i know ill get sick if i dont. So usually I'll smoke first, than eat lol. But lately ive notice that problem go down and i can eat again no matter what now. Hope it helps.. peace.

Smoking doesn't really affect my weight. I eat really good quality foods for the most part, and I find that as long as I stick to eating REAL food (fruits, veg, whole grains, lots of fresh fish, dark chocolates etc) my body has a 5 pound range I stay between.

This girl I work with apparently lost 90 pounds in two years. You wouldn't know she had the weight in the first place if you look at her now though, she's a real stunner.

Same gain lose but my wiehgt can fluctuate about 20-30 lbs and its not the herb its were I live good food is good munchies or not. Oh yeah and green and red chilly makes just about eveything good
