I'm a lot like the thread starter. I can lose and gain 10lbs multiple times in a week. Not sure how much I weigh right now, I was 147 one day, then 143 the next. My weight changes a lot, but only in small incraments. But yeah munchies can sometimes make me gain the LBS, but if I just eat healthier munchies next time, and get some excercise, I can bring my weight back.
