well im a big guy (weigh around 90kg give or take a few..... mostly fat but i like to think ive got some muscle hidden away somewhere), anyways, ive noticed that despite no real change in my diet i seem to be loosing quite a bit of weight, my theory is that ive been smoking alot and its speeding up my motabolism which is making me loose weight.... but i am not a doc or a med student and i dont even know how to spell motabolism (much less know exactly what motabolism is.... i have a vague idea though), so my theory could be complete crap.....
