im one of those people that gain weight REALLY fast....Im not heavy, but If i eat bad for a couple days, i'll gain 10 pounds, lol But on the flip side i loose it super fast too.......most i lost in less than 24 hours was 8 pounds....All running and sauna...hehe

so here's the question, How does smoking effect your weight. Up, down?

It doesnt do anything to me. I'm a steady 15 stone, 6'2" - Most of my wieght is in my legs and upper body. I've only got a stone and a half of fat.

Funny, since I started puffing more and drinking less, my weight has dropped a lot, despite the fact that I get some WICKED munchies. But who is complaining?

my weight goes up since thats the only time i would like to eat. im having problems though, i feel like like shit when it comes to my stomach. it feels like nervousness in the stomach. when im sober i can only take a few bites and claim to be stuffed from it.

I'm a lot like the thread starter. I can lose and gain 10lbs multiple times in a week. Not sure how much I weigh right now, I was 147 one day, then 143 the next. My weight changes a lot, but only in small incraments. But yeah munchies can sometimes make me gain the LBS, but if I just eat healthier munchies next time, and get some excercise, I can bring my weight back.

well im a big guy (weigh around 90kg give or take a few..... mostly fat but i like to think ive got some muscle hidden away somewhere), anyways, ive noticed that despite no real change in my diet i seem to be loosing quite a bit of weight, my theory is that ive been smoking alot and its speeding up my motabolism which is making me loose weight.... but i am not a doc or a med student and i dont even know how to spell motabolism (much less know exactly what motabolism is.... i have a vague idea though), so my theory could be complete crap.....

shit i think im the same way...:|..i didnt realize this until last wekeend when i went home for my mothers bday and didnt smoke for about 4 days..everytime i ate, it felt wrong...almost like sitting at a breakfast table the day after a heavy day of drinking, hung over staring at food lol.

But ya, i dont directly gain too much weight from weed, but what it does do is when im burning out, it makes me not wanna dance, which inturn makes me lose my shape lol

From age 16 to almost 21 now I've been a straight 160 pounds, rain or shine, starving or overeating. My metabolism is ridiculous. I don't usually get the munchies anymore, although if there is something edible in front of me I'll be snackin'.

lately, i've been on a real food kick, lol.....food is like cocaine to me....my nice 125 curve has plumped to 139...eeek, lol
not like it matters as long as im healthy, BUT it affects my work...promo work, and a little local modeling....but sh*t, im getting a little old for the whole "i'm 19 and super hot" thing...i had my 15 minutes....i'll let the other youngsters have theirs, lol
