You can germ in rockwool or jiffy 7 pellets. If rockwool you get them going till roots come out the rockwool and put in netpot with hydrotron clay rocks. If you go jiffy's , start them good and cut the side of the pellet and wash off dirrt so it's not in your system. Then place in rocks. You can judge how deep to put them in the netpots.
Sounds like you been doing your home work. Keep reading and asking. Don't forget your metters PH and TDS. Calmag plus and good nutrients.

Want to know though, still confused on it: do i have to germinate the seeds 1st in something and have them grow to a certain size or can i germinate them and add them to lay pebbles? do i have to use clay pebbles and say rock wool together or can i only use the one? i do not have access to clones so i'm looking to start this hydro from Rating: 5
